Hi Team,
One of our client received the following message from Zatca Team:
“According to our system records, it appears that the commercial registration number ******** has not been linked through the Fatura platform. Please inform us of the reason for this disconnection. If there is a technical issue, kindly provide us with a screenshot of the problem so we can escalate it for resolution.”
But the system already submits invoices with the given CR ,only few invoices(10 ) in 2025 -2024.
What will be the solution?
