Getting lot of 502,503,504 responses from yesterday evening for B2C invoices. Because of this lot of invoices getting pending to be reported within the time line. Please take necessary actions.

Since yesterday our users in all of our sister companies are reporting the synch issue in REPORTING API. System gets 504 gateway timeout as a response from Zatca.
Kindly look into it and let us the work in progress.

Since 4th January 2026, we have been encountering intermittent 503 and 504 errors for Reporting e-Invoice API.
We request you to kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest, as multiple customer invoices are currently pending for reporting due to these errors.
Your prompt support on this matter would be highly appreciated.
