Invoices reported on production but not appear on zatka portal

invoices reported on production but not appear on zatka portal
now i face the same issue
what shall i do please ?

1-you should use PCSID not CCSID for signing
2-you should use the production EGS units ,not the simulation units

sure in prod we use PCSID
any suggest please ?

This is a famous issue . in the Fatoorah web site ,you have 2 links ,one for simulation ,the other for production .OTP is different . After getting CCSID the PCSID for simulation ,you can send invoices to the url of simulation and vice versa

i already do all the above and the invoice for cash i am getting reported and cleared threw API
but not data apper in website and the link to analysis report in the website is not working
i get all OTP for devices from production. i don’t know what the problem please guide us
