I’ve recently been running into issues when submitting invoices to your new endpoint gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa. Even though we see from your documentation that the max file size for an invoice is 30MB, I’ve been systematically getting a 504 - Gateway Timeout
response when trying to upload files as big as 7MBs.
Could you please confirm what is the maximum file size for the mentioned endpoint, and what is the root cause as to why we keep getting 504 responses when trying to upload files over 7MBs?
