Invoice cleared with Accepted

Dears,

From yesterday some invoices are clearing with pass status but there is no warning in the response, (warning is empty). any idea?

@Majd_Alawadi thanks for update, also some invoices getting warranting (Buyer VAT is available)

@bhattiasadlatif please make sure the Buyer VAT is included in the correct UBL tag, it must be under the tag
cac:AccountingCustomerParty / cac:Party / cac:PartyTaxScheme / cbc:CompanyID

chances are that the buyer VAT number is provided under the tag for “Other Buyer ID”

thanks for your reply, Tag is correct cac:AccountingCustomerParty / cac:Party / cac:PartyTaxScheme / cbc:CompanyID and its happend only for some invoice (submitted on October 27, 2025).

@bhattiasadlatif then the reason for this warning is that the value provided is a dummy VAT number. Please recheck the VAT Number entered, lookup the status using TaxpayerLookup service.

@bhattiasadlatif the response “no data retrieved…” implies the VAT number is not registered with ZATCA (its a dummy number). Therefore, you will receive a warning on invoice for including a dummy VAT number
