How to query API for Signed QR for a particular Invoice?

Hi All,

Due to a bug on our end, the signed QR in the API response was not saved and the printed invoice will be missing the QR. Is there anyway to retrieve the Signed QR for a particular Invoice?

If this bug is solved and it occurs on a few invoices, you may try to send it to the clearance API again to receive the missed QR code, and then re-print it on the human readable form.

Please note that duplicated submissions are not allowed by ZATCA and the solution (EGS) should rely on the first API response from ZATCA, therefore, make sure to prevent such issues in the future.

No, there is no ZATCA API endpoint to retrieve the signed QR code for a previously submitted invoice
To solve this problem , issue a Credit Note to cancel the original invoice that is missing the QR code , then Create a new invoice with a new, unique invoice number and the current date. Do not reuse the old invoice number.
