Group VAT number in QR Code

Hi, for taxpayers having a group VAT, we have onboarded all members using the Group VAT number as VAT number and then provided the 10-digit TIN in Unit Name and it was successfully onboarded.

My query is regarding the VAT number shown on the QR code, should the QR code of each member show their individual VAT number or should show the group VAT number itself? When we change the QR code VAT number to the member’s VAT number it throws an error, so I need to confirm that we are doing it correctly.

@Ankit_Tiwari Please reply. How will we distinguish which entity it is based on the XML? since it has group vat number

@Mirshad once a VAT Group is formed, the VAT # of individual members will be automatically suspended. Suspended VAT Registration of Individual Members of a VAT Group should not be used anywhere. You can distinguish invoices belonging to different members using “Other Seller ID (BT-29).”
