Get notification from ZATCA for multi CRN

Hello everyone,
My customer received a notification from ZATCA regarding the use of CRN in invoices:
“In case of multiple commercial registrations, the seller should fill in the commercial registration of the branch in respect of which the Tax Invoice is being issued.”

Even though I entered the correct CRN in cbc:ID for that branch in the XML file, my customer still received the notification.

Did I miss anything?

Did you populate the corresponding CRN while submitting the sample documents during onboarding process?

Tell your customers to close all unused CR numbers.

Some establishments do not close their CR number
