Kindly share any link or details if a company wants to send invoice say on 20th of month but on the invoice the invoice date is 31 of month (or last day of month). Can it be done or any alternate way to handle it due to their agreements with the client they have to use last day of month as invoice date. Thanks

@Malik as per rule BR-KSA-04 “The document issue date (BT-2) must be less or equal to the current date”. Therefore, invoice issue date cannot be in future, it can be in past but you have to make sure that Tax Invoice (B2B) is issued to customer within timelines specified in Article 53(1) that is within 15 days from end of month in which supply takes place. For B2C invoice must be issued immediately upon supply.
