Hi
we are getting the following error when trying to complete step 3 of onboarding:
“Compliance steps for this CSID are not yet complete”
we completed step 1 last week but we left it at that. Now a week later we completed step 2 successfully for an Invoice a Credit Note and a Debit Note but we are getting the error on final step 3.
can you please help?

Please don’t use the sandbox (develop-portal) environment.
please use simulation environment for testing, production env for production.

I can confirm we have used the correct endpoints in all prior steps of onboarding. Details are attached:
we did revoke all existing CSIDs from simulation before completing the steps.
Could that be the issue? Do we need to Renew rather than re-starting onboarding from beginning?

just to let you knwo that we have managed to onboard 2 entities on the Simulation environment. we re-did compliance for invoice, bredit and debit notes and it worked. I suspect you may have been right about the endpoints, it could be that some steps had previously been done incorrectly .
