I am experiencing an issue while attempting to obtain a Production CSID (PCSID) in the Simulation environment.
Here are the details of the process completed so far:
CSR Title: 1000
Pre-compliance CSID successfully obtained
Three required compliance documents submitted:
• Standard Tax Invoice
• Standard Debit Note
• Standard Credit Note
All documents returned clearanceStatus = CLEARED
Compliance invoices were submitted via:
/e-invoicing/simulation/compliance/invoices
All APIs are being called using the new domain:
gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa
However, when requesting the Production CSID via:
/e-invoicing/simulation/production/csids
I receive the following error:
“Please make sure the compliance check process has been done before obtaining a Production CSID (PCSID).”
Does any of you know whether there are any known issues affecting Title 1000 onboarding in the simulation environment?
