We’re helping a client of ours to onboard by directing them to the Fatoora portal to create a device and get the OTP.
Except every time they enter their credentials, they’re redirected to a page that says they don’t have the right to access this page and encourages them to log in again (it’s not a credentials problem).
I’ve seen this before for some other users, but it was momentary and the page would eventually redirect to the Fatoora platform for device creation.
But for this particular user, it doesn’t work. They’re stuck on this page.
For info, we’ve asked them to try the following:
- Remove cookies
- Try in incognito mode
- Try another browser
- Wait a few days (in case their registration was recent, but they’ve told us they’ve been registered for over 3 weeks).
- Try another device.
None of these work. Are you aware of any extended bug on these pages that may prevent them from accessing the device creation pages?
