Some of our customers are experiencing issues accessing the portal.
As a workaround, I suggested they use private mode in their browsers.
While this solution works occasionally, it is not consistently effective.
Could you please provide any insights or solutions to resolve this access problem?
Hello, is there an update to this issue? I tried to reach the fatoora portal today on many different browsers, and in private windows, as did my colleagues on different machines, and we all got a ‘page cannot be reached’ error. Is the portal functioning? thanks.
