We are encountering the same issue with the compliance API—the CCSID provided is incorrect. Taxpayers of wave 11 need to onboard on 01/02/2025.

Please prioritize this matter and take urgent action.

The problem was in the Arabic language encoding
Solution:
Write OPT in English
Also OrganizationUnitName is written in English, the CCISD will be created successfully.
Waiting for ZATC to fix this problem as it is not necessary to write OrganizationUnitName in English

We have always written the “OrganizationUnitName” in Arabic, as it should be and as it exists in the VAT registration certificate, and it was working fine until yesterday. I believe it’s the same for you.

We have been encountering the same issue with two clients since Tuesday also. We’ve onboarded more than 80 clients and written Organization Name, Organization Unit Name and Location Address in Arabic without any issues.

The issue has been resolved after we write the Organization Unit Name in English.
