We’ve been facing the following issue over the past few weeks,:
While submitting an invoice to the ZATCA portal, we initially received either a 500 (Internal Server Error) or 504 (Gateway Timeout) response. Upon reviewing the logs, we noticed that when we resubmitted the same invoice, the portal returned a 409 (Duplicate Submission) response.
We’ve verified our logs and did not receive any successful response from ZATCA for the original submission. Could you please guide us on how to confirm whether the respective invoice was fully approved or approved with warnings?
