We have been experiencing delays in responses received from Fatoora Production Portal. Several of our dealers using our software have complained about e-invoice response generation takes more than 3000ms and we have observed responses receipt for few transactions are taking more than 60000 ms. Request your help and guidance on the same.
once it is from "Several of our dealers " …check your procedures or server (if cloud) …and calculate the time from sending to receiving the response only
We are experiencing something similar. It usually happens at peak hours starting at around 15:00-16:00 up to 00:00-01:00. We’ve confirmed that the delay is at the point of the outgoing request. Delay times vary from very short to up to 2 mins
Thank you. We have applied the same logic and calculated the time of sending to receiving only. It is 60000ms only for few of the said transactions
