Clearance and Reporting API - 404 & 500 Errors

Dear Zatca team,

We are still facing frequent 500 errors that are causing thousands of invoices to not be reported for the past 4 days.

We are again facing the same issue with clearance endpoint. More than 7000 transactions are getting failed which is majorly impacting the business. We are facing this issue since January 2024.

The clearance endpoint has been down for more than 2 whole weeks now. Is there no expected time for a fix? Not even an update? Thousands of transactions are stuck.

Dear @malhamdan Clearance endpoint is working as usual for all taxpayers. Kindly send details on emails E-invoicing@zatca.gov.sa and sp_support@zatca.gov.sa including sample requests, response and IP address.

Dear ZATCA Team,

We are again facing 500 Internal server error from ZATCA APIs between “2024-09-27 16:53:05” and “2024-09-27 17:26:32”.

We have received failure response for most of the requests during this timeframe and still we are receiving failure response randomly for few out of many requests.

We have multiple server instances pushing the records and all instances are facing the same issue.

Kindly let us know if any update on the resolution.
