Dear ZATCA Team,
We are currently generating B2C invoices, and during the invoice submission process the invoice is posted on 2026/07/20 – on the same day the QR code is also generated and reported to ZATCA as well .
Invoice details are below :
ZATCA date and time response : **Mon, 20 Jul 2026 12:01:41
UUID : fdba4754-1ded-4941-b32a-3df7622817a4**
we are receiving the following warning response from ZATCA:
Warning Code:
invoiceTimeStamp_QRCODE_INVALID
Category:QRCODE_VALIDATION
Message:
“Time on QR Code does not match with Invoice Issue Time (KSA-25). If ZATCA’s SDK was used to generate QR Code, kindly use the latest version of SDK.”
This warning is being returned in the ZATCA response:
{
"type": "WARNING",
"code": "invoiceTimeStamp_QRCODE_INVALID",
"category": "QRCODE_VALIDATION",
"message": "Time on QR Code does not match with Invoice Issue Time (KSA-25). If ZATCA's SDK was used to generate QR Code, kindly use the latest version of SDK",
"status": "WARNING"
}
Could you please clarify the following:
- Is this warning related to the version of the ZATCA SDK being used?
- Has a newer SDK version been released that addresses this validation?
- Are there any additional changes or recommendations required to ensure that the QR Code timestamp matches the Invoice Issue Time and to avoid this warning?
Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
