Clarification on Currency Display in QR Code

Dear ZATCA Support Team,

Good Day!

We would like to seek your clarification regarding the currency being displayed in the QR code.

While we are passing all invoice values in USD, we have observed that upon scanning the QR code, the currency is shown as SAR. For your reference, we have attached the related XML file and a screenshot of the QR code.

Could you please confirm if this is expected behavior, or if we need to make any changes on our side to ensure the currency is displayed correctly in the QR code?

@NirmalKumar please note that ZATCA’s official Mobile App does not show any currency code. The screenshot is from a 3rd party app, ZATCA cannot comment on what such app displays. The values in QR Code are based on document currency code (BT-5).
