QR scan value for Foreign currency not showing in SAR

My clients are raising invoices in foreign currency and the invoices are getting approved.
But when I scan QR code, the amount shows only in foreign currency. And there is no display of what currency it is. Many are them are complaining that the amount is wrong as they are expecting the value to be in SAR.

  1. Can we display the values equivalent to SAR (Foreign currency value * exchange rate)
    OR
  2. Can we at least display the Currency of the transaction. This would be easier for us to convince the customer.
