Change To the New API URL

Can you please provide a specific date of when the legacy URLs gw-apic-gov.gazt.gov.sa will be decommissioned?
And when the new URL: gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa will be in place for active use?

Thanks for reaching out, Welcome to our community.

Regarding the change in the DNS URLs, you have to do the following:-

  • If you are already onboarded successfully and generate the PCSID : Ensure to update simulation and production reporting & clearance API with the new URLs.

  • If you did not start with the onboarding yet, please start the onboarding process with the new URLs.

  • If you want to renew PCSID ,please use this links :- For Production : https://gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa/e-invoicing/core/production/csids - For Simulation: https://gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa/e-invoicing/simulation/production/csids and ensure to update the method type in postman from post to PATCH, in the Header use new OTP, in the body use the encoded CSR from your config file, for the authorization ensure that you are using the BinarySeacurityToken as a username and Secret as Password from your PCSID.

Our recommendation to start using the new URLs to avoid any issues that might appear after disable the old URLs.

I got that
But my question is when will these old URLs get diables? do you have an exact date?

We currently rely on legacy links. Could you please provide an estimated timeframe for when these links will be disabled? Having this information would help us finalize our transition plan to the new links.
