I guess in your URLs you have typo in the 4th one. In other words the beginning of all urls is the same https://gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa/e-invoicing/ then it is either core (production) or simulation (simulation) and then the endpoint.
From the screenshot you have attached, it is obvious that your system is using OLD name gw-apic-gov.gazt.gov.sa. Therefore I am suggestion you to double check the setup and make sure that your system is using new DNS names.

Thanks for the clarification. Issue solved it was incorrect urls been used.
