Adding to this, our users are facing critical delays in invoice compliance. Currently, the invoice compliance requests are taking almost **3 minutes** to process, and after waiting for this long, the API frequently returns an **empty response**.
This is causing an unprecedented backlog on our end. Could you please elaborate on what is causing this specific issue? Also, please let us know if any configuration or implementation changes are required from our side to resolve this as soon as possible.
