I am writing to ask something specific to Airline Industry,
- Let’s assume an Airline raises a ticket to a customer through an agent, will that be considered as a B2B or B2C customer? since the end customer is going a person but the airline is doing so through an agent?
- and if the ticket was directly sent to the customer then, that would be a B2C immediately, correct?
- Can the invoice number be the Reservation number(PNR)?
- For a B2C invoice, the customer receives the ticket but then the airline receives the data from IATA afterwards, might be after 24 hours, would that be okay specifically to Airline since all the mandatory details won’t be received until we raise the ticket to the customer?.
