401 Unauthorized after Aug 25, 2025 – Compliance CSID Revoked?

Since August 25, 2025, our system has started returning 401 Unauthorized responses when using the Compliance CSID.

  • Is this because the Compliance CSID is revoked after onboarding is complete?

  • If so, should we now exclusively use the Production APIs (Clearance API for B2B invoices)?

Could you please confirm the expected behavior and next steps?

Have you got any update on your situation? Were you able to resolve the issue?

Use reporting and clearance endpoints directly don’t use compliance endpoints when you want to report or clear an invoice .

No, I’m referring to the onboarding itself. Is it working properly for you? Since the compliance check is required for onboarding, did you try onboarding anyone this week?

Yes, I am trying reonboarding this week, but i stuck in compliance checks, Standerd invoices complience checks passed successfully but simplified invoice checks return me a warning X509 certificate issue with reporting.
