What is the difference between the Onboarding and Renewal process?
Both Onboarding and Renewal follow the same process and steps from a Taxpayer point of view. From a technical point of view, the request type submitted by the E-invoicing Generation Solution Unit (EGS Unit) is different and the renewal process includes revoking the existing Cryptographic Stamp Identifier (CSID) of the EGS Unit and issuing a new one.
