I have a question regarding the ZATCA Fatoora Portal — is there any way to view onboarded device information or statistics or detailed information about the submitted invoices (e.g., number of invoices submitted, device used, submission logs, etc.)?
In the “List of Solutions and Devices” section, there are some devices listed that we’re unable to identify. It appears that invoices were submitted from these devices, and we need to track and identify which invoices were submitted from it.
However, we can’t find any section or report inside the portal that shows this level of detail.
Purpose:
We’re trying to trace and verify which device or solution sent specific invoices to ZATCA for audit and troubleshooting purposes.
If anyone knows how to access invoice-level data, onboarded device data or submission statistics through the Fatoora Portal, ZATCA API, or any other method, please share the steps or references.
