Urgent Problem "SIGNATURE_ERRORS"

When I sent Invoices suddenly i have warning,
i didn’t changed any key ,
i send invoice at 03:00 pm it be without any warning
i send invoice at 03:01 pm give me warning with this messages,

Category : SIGNATURE_ERRORS
Message : The certificate in the invoice implies that it was signed with a private key different from the one associated with this device

Dear ZATCA Team,

We have recently started receiving the following warning during both the Onboarding and Document Submission flows:

This warning appears only for Simplified Invoices in both Onboarding Compliance and Reporting API calls. It has started occurring for new onboardings as well as for previously onboarded entities that were functioning without this warning for reporting APIs.

Kindly investigate this issue.

@MalikRawabi986077683 @EslamSamiH @Mreda100 @dev.cksatc if you are receiving a “warning”, then this validation was intended to inform the taxpayers who use a different private key for signing the invoices than the one generated along with the PCSID. You must make sure to use the same private key that was generated along with certificate for signing invoices.

We didn’t change any keys,
Now i sent invoices , sometime be PASS , and Some Time give me Warning.
i think they do someting Now

we are getting this error since yesterday for our stores which was reporting all invoices successfully earlier, but since yesterday 8 PM we are not able to report simplified invoices

due to this error.

we didn’t change anything in generating our invoices or reporting procedures, in fact some invoices of yesterday reported and some not.

@Ankit.K.Tiwari Yes now we are able to report the Simplified Invoices,
kindly let us know what are the new validations that we need to consider.

@SalmanKhan new validation was intended to return a warning to those taxpayers who use a different private key for signing simplified invoices than the one generated along with PCSID.
