Unable to Access Fatoora Portal Despite Successful Login

Hello,

We are encountering an issue when attempting to access the Fatoora portal at https://fatoora.zatca.gov.sa/. Despite being successfully logged in, we receive the following message each time we press the login button:

“You are not authorized to access this Portal. Taxpayers who are newly registered for VAT can access this portal after two days from the date of VAT registration.”

The page simply refreshes, and the same message appears. We are already registered for VAT and have waited well beyond the two-day period since registration.

Could you please provide assistance or guidance on how to resolve this issue and gain access to the portal?

  • VAT registration completed more than two days ago
  • We are able to log in successfully, but access to the portal is blocked by the message mentioned above
  • The page refreshes with no change after attempting to log in
