Hi,
we have experienced a discrepancy in the time shown in the ZATCA app compared to the time shown in other apps, when the time format in the barcode is in UTC (hh:mm:ssZ)
The QR code raw data include the issue date and time with a format like “2025-05-28T10:48:00Z”, which should be UTC time zone.
When we scan it in the ZATCA app, the time is shown as
in the E-Invoice QR Reader app it is shown as
we would expect that also in the ZATCA app it shows in Saudi Arabia timezone (UTC+3).
Could you please confirm if the Z in the date/time for the barcode is supported by the ZATCA app?
