1.2.a Onboarding & Invoice Sharing

For Onboarding & Invoice Sharing, the following capabilities are offered in the core e-invoicing solution:

  1. Onboarding
    i. Generate CSR & private key
    ii. Generate OTP
    iii. Generate CCSID
    iv. Complete the invoice checks
    v. Generate PCSID
  2. Report invoices
  3. Clear invoices

Below is an overview of the high-level user journey for navigating the onboarding process:

All Taxpayer solutions need to complete the Onboarding process before they can share invoices. Onboarding can only be done using the production APIs and to complete the process an OTP will be required from FATOORA portal.

1.2.b Manage Certificates

For Manage Certificates, the following capabilities are offered in the core e-invoicing solution:

  1. Renew PCSID
  2. Revoke certificates
  3. Check invoice sharing statistics
