How fix it?

1- Are you using our SDK tool? If not, did you review the signing documents? in order to ensure a full understanding of the signing process.
2- What version are you using?
3- What are the steps you are doing to sign an invoice?

Yes, I’m using zatca SDK3.3.4 (.net).
i’m doning the steps in this pdf but not correctly , so i want more clarification to signing simplified invoice.
