Questions Regarding CSR and CSID Requirements for ZATCA Phase 2

One of our customers in KSA is preparing to integrate ZATCA Phase 2 for invoice clearance and reporting. Although we are not registered as a solution provider in KSA, we are committed to supporting this integration.

I have a few specific questions regarding the requirements:

  1. Where can we obtain the Common Name field required for CSR generation?
  2. How can we determine the components of the EGS Serial Number, including Manufacturer, Version, and Serial Number?
  3. Since we provide cloud-based solutions and may send our clients’ invoices from Softmind’s servers, should the CSR be generated using our server details (Manufacturer, Version, and Serial Number) for all customers, or must it be generated using the details of each client’s device?

CSR template details in the image while for your own record keeping/identification these column are there like version etc. While serial is UUID means it will be unique. Hope it will give you better understanding now. thanks
