Public ip addresses of sandbox and production endpoints

Hi dears,

We are in the process of configuring our server’s outbound traffic to ensure that it only communicates with ZATCA servers. To proceed, we kindly request that you provide us with the public IP addresses of your servers. This will allow us to submit the necessary request to our security department to permit outgoing calls exclusively to ZATCA endpoints.

We have noticed that the public IP addresses for the sandbox environment occasionally change, as observed with the following examples:

  • 20.74.197.97
  • 20.74.197.96

To ensure uninterrupted communication, we kindly ask that you share the complete list of public IP addresses for both the sandbox and production environments.
