For pos solution (B2C) ,can we print the old QR(PHASE i) ,before singing the invoice ,then Sign it later in the head office ,before sending to ZATCA and within the 24 hours limit ?

Both phases are different and both QR codes are different. So for phase2 you need to print only and only phase2 QR code and discard phase1 functionality of generating QR. thanks
