Hi, I’m currently working on integrating the system with ZATCA in the simulation environment. I’ve successfully generated the certificate, but while performing the Simplified Invoice compliance check for onboarding process, I’m receiving the following warning message — even though the VAT number in the configuration file matches the one used in the XML.

When I run compliance for a Standard Invoice, everything works fine. However, when I run compliance for a Simplified Invoice, I receive the following warning message

I’ve already reviewed all related topics in the Community, but I haven’t been able to find a solution. Could anyone please help check this?

I’ve been experiencing the same issue since Monday; everything had been working fine since 2021. Their support team should provide an explanation of what occurred on their server.

Please note that for B2C invoices it’s a mandatory to be signed with your certificate before share it with ZATCA, this is why you are receiving this warning,

in order to fix it, can you please elaborate with the below:

  • Did you checked all the documents shared on ZATCA site?
  • Are you using ZATCA SDK? If so what is the version that you are using?
  • what are the exact steps that you followed after receiving your CSID ?
