We need to add ‘Municipality fee 5%’ in the invoice. How to mention this in XML?
Dear @maryam , first you need to take a tax position whether such Fee is to be included in Taxable Amount or not. If you take a tax position that Municipality Fee is to be included in taxable amount, then you can either choose to include it as a separate line item or include this as a Allowance Charge with indicator “true”.

Thankyou @Ankit_Tiwari We have tested the scenario using Allowance Charge indicator ‘true’. And as a charge reason we used ABK - Miscellaneous. Kindly confirm if this is ok, or if there is any other reason code we should use?
