We are facing an issue with the decimal points. Some of our customers need 3/4 decimal points so we designed the system accordingly. But the problem is when we are sending data to ZATCA it does not allow more than 2 decimal points. So we have to format the value again then has to send. Now the value is not matching with the invoice. For example in the invoice the item price is 0.027 but when we send it to ZATCA it becomes 0.03. So the payable amount has been changed. The total amount of ZATCA response and our invoice is not matching. Is there any solution for it? Does ZATCA allow more than 2 decimal points?
@mr-expert please note that fields Item Net Price (BT-146) and Invoiced Quantity (BT-129) do not have any decimal place restriction. You can include item price and quantity with all 3 or 4 decimals. Other fields are to be rounded to 2 decimal places based on half-up rounding.
