If i creating simplified debit, credit note did i want to add Customer tag.
Also did i need to Note tag

Yes, you still need to include the Customer section even when you’re creating a simplified debit or credit note.
It doesn’t have to contain much (for B2C it’s usually just “Consumer”), but the tag itself must be there because the UBL structure requires it.

As for the Note tag — that one is optional.
Most people use it to write the reason for the debit/credit (like “price correction” or “return of items”), but ZATCA doesn’t force you to include it. If you leave it out, the document is still valid as long as the rest of the structure is correct.

So in short:

  • Customer tag: Yes, required.

  • Note tag: Optional, but helpful for clarity.
