We are generating Invoice as per ZATCA requirement and displaying QR code in the print format (which is A4PDF), is it enough to share this PDF file with customer or we should share xml ?

the answer to your questions depends on the type of the invoice, simplified (B2C) or tax invoice (B2B), please find the detials below:
1- if the shared invoice is simplified (B2C), then no need to share an XML file with your customers, just share a printed copy of the invoice immediately, also upon agreement with the transactions parties may also be shared with customers in its electronic format or any other human readable format with customers.
2- if the shared is tax (B2B) invoice, then it must be shared / presentment to the buyers in XML or PDF/A-3 (with embedded XML) format.
