We are writing to report a sudden issue affecting e-invoice submissions to the ZATCA platform.
Since October 26, 2025, all invoice clearance and reporting requests from our system have been returning the following error:
Code: invalid-digital-signature
Message: Invalid digital signature
Our implementation and signing process were fully functional until October 25, 2025, and no code or configuration changes have been made on our side. Multiple clients are experiencing the same behavior across different environments.
Could you please confirm whether there is any ongoing maintenance, system update, or change in signature verification policies?
