Inquiry on Testing Integration with ZATCA Without Real Taxpayer Information

Hello everyone,

I work for a software company based outside of Saudi Arabia, and we are looking to start testing our integration with the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA) for the E-Invoicing system. The challenge we are facing is that we don’t have any real taxpayer information (such as VAT numbers or registered invoicing details).

My question is:
Is there an official way or a sandbox environment provided by ZATCA that allows us to test our code without needing real taxpayer details? If there are specific steps or resources for this, I would greatly appreciate any guidance.

Thank you in advance for any help or advice you can provide!

Best regards,

The sandbox.zatca.gov.sa site provides documentation only; it doesn’t support OTP generation.

dear you don’t need just follow sandbox once you will be able to connect and clear docs thats it no matter what is VAT no as you can use dummy provided by sandbox. Complete the process and also have a look at my following video,
