In case ZATCA disables the clearance, what shall the taxpayer do?

If clearance is disabled by ZATCA, the taxpayer will receive a 303 response and a message saying that the Clearance is disabled and that the Standard Tax Invoices or CN / DN should be submitted using the Reporting API.
