I got bad request when send csr (base64) to the zatca compliance api

please what wrong here?

Dear @softwaremohamed94

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to our community.

Can you please share more details regarding the steps taking from your side on generating the CSR?

Also, ensure that the CSR is correctly Base64 encoded without any additional characters like newlines or spaces. The CSR should be sent as a single continuous string. you might re-encode the CSR using a Base64 encoder and ensure its properly formatted for submission.
.
If you still encounter issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out with our support team via email:

SP email: sp_support@zatca.gov.sa

Thanks & Regards,

Salam,
Please share the json you are using for the API and also how you generated CSR for simulation as it is different than other instances for simulation. You are using which tool to generate CSR. Like if you are using ZATCA SDK,

fatoora -sim -csr -csrConfig [name.properties]

The issue is resolved by using developer-portal. not simulation one.
Thanks all for reply
