Dear ZATCA team,

We are facing HTTPSConnectionPool(host=‘gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa’, port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /e-invoicing/core/invoices/reporting/single (Caused by NewConnectionError(‘<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x7f24b1d8e0b0>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno -3] Temporary failure in name resolution’))

Could you please check the reason for this message, as it appears even when I attempt to make a new connection?

i have the issure but i think the server of zatca rejected any req connect from outside pool
