How to display insurance share on xml

Dears,

Our clients are issuing medical invoices, that may contain patient share and insurance share. Patient is paying only patient share of the invoice. Let’s assume,

Invoice amount is 100 sar
Patient share is 10% = 10 sar.

Insurance share is 90% = 90 sar.

Under which node we are supposed to display the insurance share? What will be the values from cac:LegalMonetaryTotal section?
