What is the difference between item price discount (BT-147) and Invoice line allowance amount (BT-136) and how each of which is being involved in other calculations.

BT-147 — Item Price Discount
This is a discount applied to the unit price of an item before it’s multiplied by quantity.

BT-136 — Invoice Line Allowance Amount
This is a discount on the entire invoice line, after price * quantity.
