Does the customer name/ address must be identical between our system and the VAT certificate? especially their name/ address in Arabic?

@Fatma generally yes the name should be as per VAT certificate. However, taxpayers can also include brand name or short name in case the name as per VAT certificate is too long. Address has to be in Saudi National Address format for the premises from where invoice is issued.
