Currently we have multiple virtual servers (Pods) on the same machine and all of them make the requests with the same IP address. Do we need to onboard each one of them separately or they all can use the same CSID to make the clearance requests ?
-
For any reason If the onboarded servers are terminated and restarted again, Do we need to onboard them again or we can use the same CSID they obtained before ?
-
Do we need to generate a new CSR each time we do the onboarding process ? Does it have an expiration time or we just generate it one time and use it in all CSID generation requests ?
Dear @EslamMoh ,

As you like it’s up to you either using one or multiple CSR.
-
No, no need to remake the onboarding process again, once you have the PCSID you can resume sending the invoices to clearance, reporting immediately.
-
if any info is changed like sub vat number, address, or the machine itself is changed then new CSR is needed to make onboarding if csr config file has the same data and didn’t change then no need for new CSR and using that same CSR you can generate multiple CCSIDs and it expires after 5 years.

Dear @kiaziz,
Regarding my first question, I mean for the PCSID not CSR
Can we use the same PCSID on multiple virtual servers to do the clearance request? (they all on the same machine and use the same IP address)
yes no problem.
