iam use postman signUp ,signIn run but Onboarding not a run
this erorr:

1- Did you finish the educational library?
2- What is the end point (API) that gives you this error?

Sir No i’m Search for many website , see Zatca E-invoicing this website so i follow those steps but Not working Serial Number is Onboarded this erorr

i’m Not finish Educational library …just now i see that link not open …in chrome

Kindly note that this response is not expected from ZATCA’s side, are you using another solution or a middleware?

However, we generally advise you to not onboard 2 devices with the same serial number as this field should be unique for every EGS device. Therefore, we can suggest a solution for your problem to change the serial number in the CSR configuration file because It seems that there is a device that is already onboarded with the same serial number, but please note that this solution is not guaranteed as this response error is not expected from ZATCA

Can you explain what do you mean by testing the invoices in postman? So did you complete the compliance checks? if yes, then now you can generate the PCSID

yes i generated postman CSID …what is next step …

Is the CSID you generated a Production CSID or a Compliance CSID?
Did you obtain it in a simulation or production environment?

If you obtained the PCSID in a production environment, then you can submit your invoices to clearance and reporting using the obtained CSID.
